The outseam construction moves all stitching to the exterior, leaving the palm and finger interior completely smooth against the skin.
The leather is 100% American Whitetail deerskin — selected for a fiber structure that delivers tensile strength at roughly half the weight of cowhide or goatskin at equivalent thickness. Deerskin's natural thermal properties keep the hand comfortable across a wider temperature range than processed hides. Unlike cowhide, it stays pliable after repeated wet/dry cycles without conditioning — it softens with riding, not despite it.
Every seam is stitched with American & Efird (A&E) industrial-grade thread manufactured in the USA — the same thread specification used in military and defense gear. LeathSorb™ palm paneling — proprietary low-profile leather buffers at the thumb, index finger, and palm — absorbs road vibration and throttle friction at the contact points that matter most, without adding bulk around the controls.
