The American shearling is specially treated to achieve the look and feel of a jacket that logged countless sorties over enemy territory. No two pieces are ever identical.
Construction details that set the 100 Mission apart from the standard B-3: reinforced horsehide sleeves for abrasion resistance, a single horsehide map pocket on the front, Army Air Force Wing & Star insignia on the left arm, aged latigo leather belting straps, and vintage labeling.
