I like that the Brotherhood runs in actual chest sizes so I didn't have to guess. No collar means nothing rubbing my neck under a helmet. The tethered gun pocket system is well thought out and the reinforced armholes feel solid. Medium weight cowhide is stiff for a week and then settles in. Union made too, which matters to me.

I'll be honest, I bought this vest mainly for the gun pockets. I carry a compact and needed something I could wear while riding without it printing or shifting around. The pockets on the Brotherhood hold my piece securely even on long rides with bumps. Then I noticed how good the overall leather quality is — thick, even, with solid stitching on every seam. The cut is classic and straight, no weird styling decisions. Broke in naturally over about four or five rides. This is the vest I wish I'd bought five years ago instead of the three others I tried first.

Clean seams, real leather, and the gun pockets are placed where they actually make sense. I carry daily and I've had vests where the pocket was either too high or too shallow. These are neither. This is the kind of vest that gets better the longer you ride in it.

Been patched in for eleven years and I've worn just about every cut imaginable. The Brotherhood hits the right balance between classic club look and practical carry setup. Gun pockets are deep and the closure keeps things secure. Leather is stout — this isn't going to wear thin on you after a season. My only note is it runs a bit long in the torso for shorter guys, but that's a minor thing. Overall this is solid American-made gear.

the Reaper was a great vest too, but when I saw they offered it with no collar I bought it and very happy with my purchase. Main reason for both of these was it was snap only no zipper which I love the most. Great job Legendary. Marc
