"Review is for customer service. I have not received my vest. I received notification on July 20 that it was shipping. As of July 31 USPS tracking says they have not received the package to provide a delivery date. I have had numerous emails with customer service saying the owner is looking into it. I was told a week ago that the package would be dropped off for shipping. . . . i was told again today that it would be dropped off today. I'll update my review once this is resolved."

No Collar Neckless Design Rides Different — In a Good Way
"I wasn't sure about the neckless cut when I ordered this — I've worn collared vests my whole riding life. But the open neck is genuinely comfortable, especially on long highway days where a stand-up collar can start to rub. The aged leather looks like something a road veteran has been wearing for twenty years, and it only gets better. One-piece back panel is clean and flat — perfect for a full set. The distressing isn't fake-looking either, it's more like a natural patina with variation across the hide. Leather armhole bindings are smooth and don't chafe at the underarm. This vest has a personality that new leather just doesn't have."

Neckless Outlaw is the Real Deal for Outlaw Riders
"I ride with a small independent club and we don't do flashy new-looking gear. The Neckless Outlaw fit right into the aesthetic from day one. The aged cowhide has natural dark spots, lighter areas, and a texture that you'd expect from something that's been through actual road miles. There's no collar to restrict your neck on the highway, which I appreciate more the older I get. The premium nylon liner sits clean and doesn't bunch or fold when you put it on. I've been wearing it for three months now and the leather has continued to soften in all the right places — the aged look deepening where it creases at the arms. Bought this thinking it might be a novelty but it's become my main vest."
