At Legendary USA, we want you to love what you wear. Here’s our policy on returns and exchanges:

  • We accept returns or exchanges on regular-priced items within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with tags still attached.
  • You can choose to receive a refund, store credit, or exchange the item for another product.
  • All sample sale products are final sale and NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund. We cannot accept returns of custom orders.
  • Return fee for jackets - $15
  • Return fee for other products $5

  • Please make sure all returns and exchanges follow these guidelines.
  • Pre-production Orders
    Please allow us to process pre-production orders like Cockpit USA within 30 days. These jackets are often times produced in cycles, so please be patient, it does take time to source, inspect, cut, sew and conduct quality control before and after production.
    Orders are not processed on weekends or nationally recognized holidays. DUE TO HIGH ORDER VOLUME DURING THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER-DECEMBER, PLEASE ALLOW 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS ANY ORDERS. Please note that Pre-production exchange will take 6-8 weeks to deliver. 
  • If you need help or have questions, reach out to our customer service team at support@legendaryusa.com.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, we will deduct 10% restocking fee. We will refund you the remaining balance to your original payment method.

International customers are responsible for all duties, brokerage fees, and taxes on their order. If customer refuses a package, Legendary USA will be liable to cover duties and fees refused by the customer. Under this scenario, Legendary USA will deduct these fees from the order's refund.

Note: Shipping charges do not include duties, brokerage fees, and/or taxes on international orders. International customers should contact their Customs for an estimate on their country’s duty, brokerage fees, and taxes. Adding in the time it takes to ship the item back, it can take up to two weeks for the item to get processed. However, we work quick and will process all returns as soon as possible.

There's 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount.


The 5% deduction includes the Shopify payment processing fee, which is charged at the time of the transaction. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, as Shopify retains it even if an order is canceled.

Refunds, minus the 5% processing fee, will be issued within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Regular processing times will vary between 1-2 business days for orders that selected the free shipping  Ground option at checkout. Ground can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive once shipped.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery. Shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times. We are unable to create international return labels so return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer.

We provide Certificate of Origin for our customers located in South Korea

Start by checking the tracking link, as it may include a photo of the delivery location. Also, verify that the shipping address on your order is correct.

We recommend checking with neighbors or nearby areas in case the package was misdelivered. If you still can’t locate it, please contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll investigate the issue further.

Damage and Repairs

Our first priority is to always try to repair the garment. It keeps damaged items out of landfills and is more environmentally conscious to fix something up good as new rather than discard it. 

Having our own warehouse here in the US we're able to quickly repair most forms of damage to a garment.

If an item is unable to be repaired, and the damage is the result of a product defect, we'll work on a replacement for you. Please reach out to support@legendaryusa.com for assistance with your order number included.

We at Legendary USA prioritize customer satisfaction and understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged item. If you've experienced this issue, we are here to help. Please follow the steps outlined below to resolve the situation as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Step 1: Inspection and Documentation
Upon receiving your order, inspect your Legendary USA garment for any signs of damage. If damage is found, please take clear photographs of the affected area(s). This will be crucial for your claim.

Step 2: Contact Customer Service

Include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and attach the photographs taken.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your garment to ensure prompt handling.

Step 3: Await Response
Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours.

We may ask for additional information or photographs if necessary.

Step 4: Resolution
Once your claim is reviewed and validated, we will offer a resolution. This may include:

A replacement of the damaged item (subject to availability).

A full refund.

A discount on your next purchase.

Instructions for returning the damaged garment, will be provided.

Step 5: Feedback
After your issue is resolved, we encourage feedback about your experience. This helps us improve our service and prevent similar issues in the future.

Shop Pay Installments

No. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees and the eligibility check has no impact to your credit score.

If you choose to pay in installments through Shop Pay, the eligibility check has no impact to your credit score. For Shop Pay installments, Affirm will not report to credit bureaus.

How it works:
  1. Add items to your cart. 
  2. Check out with Shop Pay.
  3. Choose to pay in 4 installments.

Your first payment will either be due at checkout or 2 weeks after your purchase. The next 3 remaining installments will be automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every 2 weeks. And don't worry, you'll get an email reminder before each payment to keep you in the know.

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees. In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.

We accept installment payment on all major debit and credit cards.

Eligibility for and approval of Shop Pay Installments is managed by Shop Pay and Affirm. Aviator Nation has no control over this and we are unable to bypass this rejection. Shop Pay or Affirm should contact you via email detailing why your payment was rejected.

If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.

If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.

If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

Afterpay Installments

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them over time. Customers using the pay-in-4 option pay for their purchase total in four interest -free installments over six weeks. And customers get additional time to pay for high value orders when they use the monthly payments option, an installment -based lending product. To learn more, visit www.afterpay.com.

How do I use Afterpay online?

Just shop on YourWebsite.com and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. Log in or create an account and complete your order—it’s that easy!

How do I use Afterpay in stores?

To shop in stores with Afterpay, simply download the Afterpay mobile app, follow the in -app instructions to set up the Afterpay Card, and use the Afterpay Card with Apple Pay or Google Pay to make a contactless payment at checkout. You’ll pay 25% at the time of purchase, and take your purchase home that day.

Are there extra fees when I use Afterpay?

Afterpay’s pay-in-4 option is always interest free. There are no fees associated with the account as long as installments are paid on time, according to the payment schedule (provided at the time of order confirmation). A late fee may be charged when an installment for an order is not paid within 10 days after the payment due date (unless otherwise noted on your payment schedule). Afterpay will only ever charge up to one late fee per installment and the total amount of late fees charged on an order will never exceed 25% of your initial order value (unless indicated otherwise on your payment confirmation email or during the checkout process).Although this 10 day grace period is provided before Afterpay charges a late fee, the Afterpay system reviews customer repayment history for future purchases, so Afterpay encourages payment of your installment as soon as possible.

Afterpay’s longer term monthly payments option may include interest. If your installment loan includes interest, you will be able to see the amount you will owe before completing the purchase. Interest is capped and there are no late fees, loan origination fees, or other fees.

How does the payment schedule work?

In most cases for pay-in-4 purchases, customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are due every 2 weeks in equal installments and will be drawn from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. For monthly payments purchases, customers may be required to make a down payment at the time of purchase. The remaining payments wil l be deducted every month from your payment method until all scheduled payments are complete. You can log in to your Afterpay account any time to view the payment schedule or to make a payment before the next due date.

Will I be notified when a payment is due?

Afterpay sends payment reminders via SMS and email prior to payment due dates. It’s also easy to view customer orders and payment schedules in the Afterpay app or on Afterpay.com.

Can I pay early?

Yes, you can make payments any time through your Afterpay account before the scheduled due date. Just click on the installment that you would like to pay early and select ‘Pay Now.’

Can I move or change payment due dates for an order?

Eligible payments may be rescheduled via the Orders section of Afterpay’s mobile app or website. For more information, visit Afterpay’s Help Center. Please note, not all payments are eligible to be rescheduled. What happens if I don’t pay my Afterpay installments on time? You will be prevented from using Afterpay and you may be charged a late fee. Afterpay is committed to supporting customers in spending responsibly.

When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?

Afterpay orders are delivered pursuant to delivery time frames presented by Aviator Nation after you complete your order online.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Afterpay?

Afterpay returns follow Aviator Nation's standard return process. Once the refund is processed by Aviator Nation's  your Afterpay payment schedule is adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last installment and working backwards. Therefore, you may find that your payments that are the furthest out, have been reduced to zero, and the closest payments remain at the original value. If you are fully returning items you purchased using the monthly payments option and a refund is owed, any amounts paid towards the good or service, will be refunded; any interest that has already been paid will not be refunded. You may be charged interest for the period of time before your refund is processed. What happens if I have a partial refund, and how does that affect my payments?

Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. If you purchased using pay-in-4, your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments. If you purchased using monthly payments, interest already paid will not be refunded. Any amounts paid toward the good or service will be adjusted; interest will be recalculated based upon the adjusted amount.
