Crafted to look and feel like a preserved WWII-era original, the Cockpit USA 100 Mission G-1 Aviator Leather Flight Jacket is one of the most authentic vintage naval jackets ever produced. Proudly manufactured in the USA, this G-1 features hand-treated goatskin leather and an aged mouton shearling collar, giving it the broken-in character of a jacket that has logged countless missions at sea and in the air.
Using proprietary distressing techniques developed over 35 years by Cockpit USA founder Jeff Clyman, each jacket undergoes an intricate aging process that creates natural highs, lows, and grain patterns in the leather. No two pieces are ever identical—the fit, finish, and coloration vary slightly with every production, reinforcing the individuality and heritage of a true mission-worn flight jacket. The result is a G-1 that looks like it was pulled straight from naval archives, yet wears comfortably from day one.
Designed with classic naval aviation features including a bi-swing back, wind-flap zipper, rib-knit trims, and 1950s-style flap pockets, this jacket delivers both historical accuracy and modern wearability. Refund & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for regular-priced items, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Customers may choose a refund, store credit, or exchange, subject to the following terms:

Items discounted by 20% or less are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged for a different size or color within the same style (pending availability) or returned for store credit.

Items discounted by more than 20% are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please double-check sizing before purchasing discounted items.

Custom orders and sample sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

To make your holiday shopping worry-free, we’re offering an extended 60-Day Holiday Exchange Policy. Orders placed between November 20 and December 31 qualify for exchange or store credit up to 60 days from the delivery date.

International Shipping
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery. Shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times. We are unable to create international return labels so return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer.
Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled will incur a 5% cancellation fee due to payment processing fees deducted from our account. We will refund you the remaining balance to your original payment method.
Delivery Policy
Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Legendary USA is not responsible for stolen packages.
Damaged Items
Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!
