Drop in zipper pockets feel more secure than snaps when I'm carrying my phone and cards. Black cowhide, cropped and fitted. Took about a week of wear to loosen up in the shoulders.

Threw this on the day it arrived and took it out on a 200-mile run through the hill country. The cropped fit kept everything trim and the leather didn't stretch or bunch at the shoulders. My club brothers were asking about it at the next meeting. I'd been wearing a different brand for six years and never thought I'd switch — but here we are. The Lowlife Z is now my daily rider vest. Nothing fancy to complain about, just solid American leather that does what it's supposed to do.

I've had a few club vests over the years and the Lowlife Z stands out. The black cowhide is thick and holds its shape after miles and miles of riding. Cropped length keeps it tucked tight under my cut so nothing flaps or catches wind on the highway. The stitching is clean all the way around and the armhole binding sits flush against my arms — no rubbing after a long day. Made in the USA and it shows. This thing's built like it was put together by people who actually ride.

Got this for runs where I need the cut to sit just right — the 3-inch crop is exactly what club riders need. Leather's stiff out of the box but once it broke in after a few rides it draped clean and flat. Patch panel on the back is smooth and taut, no wrinkles.

I've been eyeing this vest for a long time and finally pulled the trigger. Not one regret. Quality is impeccable and is made on our soil. I'm 5'7 and weigh 190 lbs. Muscular build. I got a size large and it fits perfect. If are considering this vest, stop thinking and just get it. I promise you it's worth it.

This vest is cool. It's lean and mean. The clean minimalist look is perfect. Quality is top notch and just as expected if you are familiar with other Legendary products. The fit is just as described, use the chart. I am 5'6, 42" chest , 170 and the large is perfect. It's above my belt while riding, no bunching up in front. Buy it!

You'll want to go +1 size than usual, more than likely. I'm 218 at 5"11' and wear an XL perfectly. It's snug as you'd expect it to be 'fitted'. The crop is perfect, when I sit on my bike the bottom of the vest just barely rests on my thighs and does not push up on me at all. The fit of the vest looks particularly well on an athletic build. The shoulders are really pronounced, especially from the back. The amazing thing here though is Legendary's customer service. Twice now I've emailed in to make a change that I hastily purchased over the weekend and twice now I've gotten a response on the weekends, at night. The owner himself has touched base with me, even asking my opinion on a few product thoughts he has. He's really passionate about making the best product. I genuinelly admire and respect him as a business owner. He made this business for us, not just him, and he plays a critical role in its daily operations and product development. It's astonishing to see such a thing, and a primary reason why I try as hard as possible to find and support American business like this.

First, this is a killer vest! Very high quality, no doubt will last my lifetime and able to be passed down. Second, the owner Chris went the extra mile to ensure I had the best fit. These do run a little small as they are slim cut. Customer service means the most to me these days and Legendary delivers!

Finally Arrived! I did the pre-order and didn't wait more than 7 days, fantastic cut very sharp looking and I really like the cropped style. zero complaints, even like the mesh they used as a liner. Well done Legendary. I will be back again.
