- H2O Lock Weather Protection System: Featuring a premium waterproof leather and polyester upper, these tactical hiking shoes ensure your feet stay dry, no matter the environment. The boot shoe utilizes a waterproof internal lining for added protection, with a moisture wicking mesh liner underneath for breathability while keeping water out. The gusseted tongue helps shield your foot from dirt and debris.
- Comfort Lock Fatigue Defense System: The molded EVA footbed and EVA midsole help absorb shock, cushioning your feet from impact while providing all-day comfort. These breathable all terrain tactical shoes feature a lightweight flexible bonded construction and a nylon shank for added support and stability.
- Ground Lock Terrain Endurance System: These low-profile tactical shoes come equipped with a non-slip and oil-resistant outsole with multidirectional grip lugs, allowing you to maintain your footing with enhanced grip and traction. The high abrasion rubber toe cap & heel counter provide an additional layer of protection, including when taking off the shoe by pushing down on the ankle. The non-marking outsole prevents leaving scuff marks on flooring.

Refund & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for regular-priced items, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Customers may choose a refund, store credit, or exchange, subject to the following terms:

Items discounted by 20% or less are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged for a different size or color within the same style (pending availability) or returned for store credit.

Items discounted by more than 20% are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please double-check sizing before purchasing discounted items.

Custom orders and sample sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Rothco-branded products are only eligible for store credit or exchange (no refunds).
- No Return or Exchange Policy – Underwear & Tank Top
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales of underwear are final.
Once purchased, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
60-Day Holiday Exchange Policy
To make your holiday shopping worry-free, we’re offering an extended 60-Day Holiday Exchange Policy. Orders placed between November 20 and December 31 qualify for exchange or store credit up to 60 days from the delivery date.

Return & Exchange Instructions

A $15 processing fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
- A $25 processing fee applies to all returns and exchanges to Cockpit USA branded products.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns processed for a refund will incur a 10% restocking fee to cover handling and restocking costs.

International Shipping
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery. Shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times. We are unable to create international return labels so return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer.
Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled will incur a 5% cancellation fee due to payment processing fees deducted from our account. We will refund you the remaining balance to your original payment method.
Delivery Policy
Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Legendary USA is not responsible for stolen packages.
Damaged Items
Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!
