The deerskin base carries the same properties as the full Legendary glove line — roughly half the weight of cowhide at equivalent protection, natural thermal performance, pliable in wet conditions without conditioning. The perforated back panel provides airflow in warm weather. American & Efird (A&E) industrial-grade thread throughout. Touchscreen-capable index finger. Elasticized wrist. Ride on. Air-dry at room temperature — the leather dries soft, not stiff. Never machine-dry.

Soft out of the box — within a week or two of riding the leather takes the shape of your grip.

I ride mostly on twisty back roads and wanted some knuckle protection without sacrificing feel on the bars. The Uppercut delivers exactly that. The perforated defense area is firm when you press on it but doesn't restrict movement at all.
The padded knuckle adds protection without making them stiff.
Means a lot, thank you. Genuine hide starts firm, then softens to your hand within a few rides.
Wanted a little knuckle coverage and these deliver. They breathe well on warm days, the padding does not get in the way of flexing my hand, and the fit was right with my normal size. Comfortable so far.

Finally -- an armored glove that's not trying to make you look like Skeletor or Spider Man. Carbon fiber knuckle protection, but these look good enough to wear to work or out to the theater -- I have. I'm not ordinarily a glove guy outside of riding or yard work, but I've started wearing these everywhere.
And they're touch screen friendly -- a bonus. (Not as easy as your bare finger, but they never are. It still lets you tap, scroll or swipe without taking them off. )

Well made - great leather & fit
I assumed white leather would be too much work, but these have held up much better than expected. The deerskin wipes clean easily and has stayed soft after a full season of use. Touchscreen works well and the short wrist makes them easy to wear with different jackets. Clean, simple, and surprisingly practical.
