How to Measure Your Hand in 2 Steps
Step 1, palm circumference: Wrap a flexible tape measure around the widest part of your palm, just below the knuckle line, excluding your thumb. Hold your hand flat and relaxed. Record this measurement in inches or centimeters. This is your primary sizing measurement for most glove brands including Legendary USA. On the Legendary USA scale that number maps to XS at 7 to 7.5 inches, S at 7.5 to 8, M at 8 to 8.5, L at 8.5 to 9, XL at 9 to 9.5, and 2XL at 9.5 to 10.
Step 2, hand length: Measure from the tip of your middle finger straight down to the base of your palm (the crease at your wrist). If your hand is particularly long relative to your circumference, you may need to go up a size to ensure the fingertips of the glove reach your fingertips properly.
