Pictured above is a Fedex Ground Time-in-Transit Map illustrating the number of transit days for delivery within the United States. Transit days are based from our offices in Brielle, NJ. This illustration provides a good point of reference when to expect your Legendary USA order from the time we physically ship (confirmed by the email that we send). Please keep in mind this Service Map is provided by Fedex and may change without notice. For an accurate date of delivery, visit the Fedex website and key in the Tracking number which we provide once order has been shipped. And remember, we offer FREE Ground Shipping within all 50 States and Military APO/FPO addresses on orders over $90. You may choose a faster delivery method at checkout.

Return & Exchange Instructions
  • Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
  • Contact our Customer Service team before sending back items for an exchange.
  • All returned items must be: Unworn and unwashed. Free of animal hair. With original tags and labels attached
60-Day Holiday Exchange Policy

To make your holiday shopping worry-free, we’re offering an extended 60-Day Holiday Exchange Policy. Orders placed between November 20 and December 31 qualify for exchange or store credit up to 60 days from the delivery date.

What’s Included

  • Exchange for another size, color, or item
  • Store credit equal to the full value of the item returned
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached

What’s Not Included

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

Important Notes

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
International Shipping

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery. Shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times. We are unable to create international return labels so return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer.
Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled will incur a 5% cancellation fee due to payment processing fees deducted from our account. We will refund you the remaining balance to your original payment method.
Delivery Policy

Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Legendary USA is not responsible for stolen packages.
