Rothco's Tactisling Transport Pack features a sling over-the-shoulder strap, which can swing to the front for quick & easy access to important compartments including a concealed carry holster attachment. The tactical pack has a large zippered main compartment with water repellent lining, zippered mesh interior pocket & zippered utility pocket that is ideal for storing all your gear. Not only does the pack have an option for concealed carry, it features 2 large open top accessory pockets with hook & loop closure that’s perfect for a laptop and a zip pocket with horizontal vinyl document sleeve and 2 accessory pockets; there is nothing this bag can’t carry. The one-shoulder backpack has been designed for comfort and versatility; the padded mesh shoulder strap features a 2” quick release buckle with metal clip, ¾” whistle side release buckle, adjustable Y-Shape quick release cinch strap with D-Ring, and storage strap compartment. The pack also features a padded mesh back that allows for breathability, top carry handle, MOLLE Loop Attachments, key ring and top cinch strap. Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for regular-priced items, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Customers may choose a refund, store credit, or exchange, subject to the following terms:

• Items discounted by 20% or less are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged for a different size or color within the same style (pending availability) or returned for store credit.

• Items discounted by more than 20% are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please double-check sizing before purchasing discounted items.

• Custom orders and sample sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

• Rothco-branded products are only eligible for store credit or exchange (no refunds).

• No Return or Exchange Policy – Underwear & Tank Top

  For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales of underwear are final.
  Once purchased, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

60-Day Holiday Exchange Policy

To make your holiday shopping worry-free, we’re offering an extended 60-Day Holiday Exchange Policy. Orders placed between November 20 and December 31 qualify for exchange or store credit up to 60 days from the delivery date.

• Store credit equal to the full value of the item returned

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached

• Final sale or clearance items

• Customized or personalized products

• Items showing signs of wear or damage

Important Notes

• Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

• Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

Return & Exchange Instructions

• Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

• Contact our Customer Service team before sending back items for an exchange.

• All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of animal hair

  • With original tags and labels attached

Fees & Conditions

• A $15 processing fee applies to all returns and exchanges.

• A $25 processing fee applies to all returns and exchanges to Cockpit USA branded products.
  

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Returns processed for a refund will incur a 10% restocking fee to cover handling and restocking costs.

International Shipping
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery. Shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times. We are unable to create international return labels so return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer.

Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled will incur a 5% cancellation fee due to payment processing fees deducted from our account. We will refund you the remaining balance to your original payment method.

Delivery Policy
Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Legendary USA is not responsible for stolen packages.

Damaged Items
Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!
