While Cockpit USA supplied the official Mil-Spec Nomex® CWU-36/P jackets used in the film, this version is constructed from a durable nylon twill shell and lining, custom woven to Cockpit USA specifications. The result is the same structure, appearance, and authenticity of the original flight jacket, without the cost of Nomex®, making it ideal for daily use. The CWU-36/P flight jacket has served as the primary U.S. military summer-weight flight jacket for over 40 years, worn by pilots and aircrew across the U.S. Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Army, and Coast Guard. In Top Gun: Maverick, it returns to the spotlight—cementing its status as one of the most recognizable flight jackets in aviation history. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for regular-priced items, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Customers may choose a refund, store credit, or exchange, subject to the following terms:

International Shipping
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery. Shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times. We are unable to create international return labels so return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer.
Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled will incur a 5% cancellation fee due to payment processing fees deducted from our account. We will refund you the remaining balance to your original payment method.
Delivery Policy
Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Legendary USA is not responsible for stolen packages.
Damaged Items
Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!
