Where are your products made?

All products that display a USA flag are proudly manufactured in the United States of America. This includes our own brands, Legendary USA and Beck, which are both made in the USA. If you're unsure about the origin of a specific product, please check the product images for the USA flag, or feel free to contact us directly— we’re happy to help you confirm the manufacturing origin.

How do I pick the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find the perfect fit. We recommend reviewing it before placing your order. If you're still unsure or need personalized assistance, feel free to give us a call at+1 609-293-2163— we're happy to help!

How do I apply promo/discount codes?

To apply a promo or discount code:

• Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the ['Discount Code'] field.

• Click ['Apply'] to see your new total before finalizing your order.

• Only one code can be used per order.

If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that final sale items are not eligible.

For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer support at support@legendaryusa.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 days of receiving the returned item.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.

Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement with no penalty.
After 24 hours, cancellations will incur a 10% processing fee to cover transaction and restocking costs.

Please email our team with your cancellation request as soon as possible.

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.

After this period, we may not be able to cancel your order as it might already be in processing or shipment.

If you have already received an order confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please reach out to our customer support team.
Be sure to include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message so we can process it as quickly as possible.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number into our tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

Can I edit or add anything to my order?

Once an order is placed, we are able to add additional products to it as long as it remains unfulfilled.
Once the order has been fulfilled, no further changes can be made.

If you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?

Lost packages

At Legendary USA, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team at support@legendaryusa.com with your order number and any relevant details.

Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at support@legendaryusa.com within 24 hours of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.

Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.

Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.

On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.

If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier.

What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?

We’re sorry your item(s) have damage!

Some items break during shipment. We’ll do our best to help.

Please email our team with an image of your damaged item for further assistance.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll be sure to resolve the situation as best we can!

What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?
Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we do offer expedited shipping only if the product is in stock. 

Please keep in mind that the order processing can take up to 24 hours.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Delivery (USPS Ground Advantage): Typically arrives within 2–5 business days.
  • Express Delivery (USPS Priority Mail): Typically arrives within 1–3 business days.
  • Premium Delivery (USPS Priority Mail Express): Typically arrives overnight to 2 business days, depending on location.
  • International Delivery (USPS First-Class or Priority International): Typically arrives within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most countries worldwide; however, there are a few destinations we are currently unable to service. You may reach out to us if you don't see your country to the option list.

Please note that international shipments typically take 7–21 business days to arrive, depending on your location and local customs processing times.

If it has been more than 21 business days since your order was shipped and you have not received it, please contact our customer support team so we can investigate and assist you.

International Shipping

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery. Shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times. We are unable to create international return labels so return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer.

How can I change my shipping address?

We understand that shipping details may need to be updated after placing an order. Here’s what to do:

Act Fast: You have a 30-minute window after placing your order to make changes through the self-service order editing function on your confirmation page. 

If after 30 minutes, Email Us ASAP: Contact support@legendaryusa.com with your order number and "Shipping Update Request" in the subject line.

Provide New Address: Include your updated shipping details and any special instructions.

Await Confirmation: If your order hasn't been processed, we'll update the address. If it's already shipped, we’ll guide you on next steps.

My garment arrived damaged. What can I do?

At Legendary USA, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrived damaged, please follow these simple steps so we can make it right:

1. Check & Document

Inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If you notice damage, take clear photos of the affected areas.

2. Contact Us Within 24 Hours

Email support@legendaryusa.com with:

  • Your order number
  • description of the damage
  • The photos you took

3. We’ll Respond Quickly

Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours. We may request more details if needed.

4. Get a Resolution

Once approved, we’ll offer one of the following based on availability:

  • replacement
  • full refund
  • discount on your next order
    We’ll also provide return instructions if needed.

5. Tell Us How We Did

After your issue is resolved, we welcome your feedback — it helps us improve.
