Returns, Exchange & Sales Policies

What is your return window?

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Do I need approval before returning an item?

Yes. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Please contact us first to request approval. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

What condition must items be in to qualify for a return or exchange?

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Free of odors, stains, or damage
  • Returned with original tags and packaging

All items are inspected upon arrival.

How much does the return shipping label cost?

Return label fees are:

  • Gloves: $10
  • Jackets: $20
  • Vests: $15
  • Apparel (Shirts, Flannels, etc.): $10
  • Accessories: $10

This amount is deducted from your refund total.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes. All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking and processing fee. This helps cover:

  • Inspection and repackaging
  • Restocking and handling
  • Non-refundable electronic payment processing fees

The fee is deducted from your refund total.

What are the exchange shipping fees?

Exchanges include a flat fee that covers both return shipping to Legendary USA and shipping the replacement item back to you:

  • Gloves: $10
  • Jackets: $25
  • Vests: $20
  • Apparel: $15
  • Accessories: $10
Are any items final sale?

Yes. The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Worn or damaged merchandise
  • Items discounted by 20% or less are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged for a different size or color within the same style (pending availability) or returned for store credit.
  • Items discounted by more than 20% are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please double-check sizing before purchasing discounted items.
  • Custom orders and sample sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Rothco-branded products are only eligible for store credit or exchange (no refunds).
  • No Return or Exchange Policy – Underwear & Tank Top
    For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales of underwear are final.
    Once purchased, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. We are happy to offer exchanges for size or style changes within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item meets the same condition requirements.

International Shipping

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery. Shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times. We are unable to create international return labels so return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer.

Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled will incur a 5% cancellation fee due to payment processing fees deducted from our account. We will refund you the remaining balance to your original payment method.

Delivery Policy

Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Legendary USA is not responsible for stolen packages.

Damaged Items

Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!

60-Day Holiday Exchange Policy

To make your holiday shopping worry-free, we’re offering an extended 60-Day Holiday Exchange Policy. Orders placed between November 20 and December 31 qualify for exchange or store credit up to 60 days from the delivery date.

What’s Included

  • Exchange for another size, color, or item
  • Store credit equal to the full value of the item returned
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached

What’s Not Included

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

Important Notes

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
