Returns & Exchanges

At Legendary USA, we want you to love what you wear. Here’s our policy on returns and exchanges:

  • We accept returns or exchanges on regular-priced items within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with tags still attached.
  • You can choose to receive a refund, store credit, or exchange the item for another product.
  • All sample sale products are final sale and NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund. We cannot accept returns of custom orders.
  • Return fee for jackets - $15
  • Return fee for other products $5

  • Please make sure all returns and exchanges follow these guidelines.
  • Pre-production Orders
    Please allow us to process pre-production orders like Cockpit USA within 30 days. These jackets are often times produced in cycles, so please be patient, it does take time to source, inspect, cut, sew and conduct quality control before and after production.
    Orders are not processed on weekends or nationally recognized holidays. DUE TO HIGH ORDER VOLUME DURING THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER-DECEMBER, PLEASE ALLOW 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS ANY ORDERS. Please note that Pre-production exchange will take 6-8 weeks to deliver. 
  • If you need help or have questions, reach out to our customer service team at support@legendaryusa.com.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, we will deduct 10% restocking fee. We will refund you the remaining balance to your original payment method.

International customers are responsible for all duties, brokerage fees, and taxes on their order. If customer refuses a package, Legendary USA will be liable to cover duties and fees refused by the customer. Under this scenario, Legendary USA will deduct these fees from the order's refund.

Note: Shipping charges do not include duties, brokerage fees, and/or taxes on international orders. International customers should contact their Customs for an estimate on their country’s duty, brokerage fees, and taxes. For an estimate on VAT & Taxes you can click "HERE" Please keep in mind that these are estimates and could be subject to change once package arrives at country of destination

For customers who paid Re-do, please email us for assistance.

For items purchased in-store, please contact support@legendaryusa.com for address and return instructions.

If you are having issues with your exchange or return please reach out to support@legendaryusa.co with your order number and exchange details and we can assist!

Adding in the time it takes to ship the item back, it can take up to two weeks for the item to get processed. However, we work quick and will process all returns as soon as possible.

There's 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount.


The 5% deduction includes the Shopify payment processing fee, which is charged at the time of the transaction. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, as Shopify retains it even if an order is canceled.

Refunds, minus the 5% processing fee, will be issued within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Regular processing times will vary between 1-2 business days for orders that selected the free shipping  Ground option at checkout. Ground can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive once shipped.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery. Shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times. We are unable to create international return labels so return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer.

We provide Certificate of Origin for our customers located in South Korea

Start by checking the tracking link, as it may include a photo of the delivery location. Also, verify that the shipping address on your order is correct.

We recommend checking with neighbors or nearby areas in case the package was misdelivered. If you still can’t locate it, please contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll investigate the issue further.

Damage and Repairs

Our first priority is to always try to repair the garment. It keeps damaged items out of landfills and is more environmentally conscious to fix something up good as new rather than discard it. 

Having our own warehouse here in the US we're able to quickly repair most forms of damage to a garment.

If an item is unable to be repaired, and the damage is the result of a product defect, we'll work on a replacement for you. Please reach out to support@legendaryusa.com for assistance with your order number included.

We at Legendary USA prioritize customer satisfaction and understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged item. If you've experienced this issue, we are here to help. Please follow the steps outlined below to resolve the situation as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Step 1: Inspection and Documentation
Upon receiving your order, inspect your Legendary USA garment for any signs of damage. If damage is found, please take clear photographs of the affected area(s). This will be crucial for your claim.

Step 2: Contact Customer Service
Email our customer service team at support@legendaryusa.com

Include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and attach the photographs taken.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your garment to ensure prompt handling.

Step 3: Await Response
Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours.

We may ask for additional information or photographs if necessary.

Step 4: Resolution
Once your claim is reviewed and validated, we will offer a resolution. This may include:

A replacement of the damaged item (subject to availability).

A full refund.

A discount on your next purchase.

Instructions for returning the damaged garment, will be provided.

Step 5: Feedback
After your issue is resolved, we encourage feedback about your experience. This helps us improve our service and prevent similar issues in the future.
