Returns & Exchanges

How many days do I have to exchange my purchase?

You have 7 days post-delivery to contact us via email to seek an exchange approval. We only accept timestamped email communication to initiate the exchange process. Once you gain authorization, you will then receive instructions on accessing our exchange portal where you can receive your RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once we approve and you receive an RMA # you have 7 postmarked days of receipt for us to
receive your merchandise. You must provide us with a tracking number once shipped.

Can I make an exchange if I used a coupon code of 15%?

Yes, however any coupon code over 15% we do not offer exchanges as we deem any discount over 15% as final sale only.

Will I be able to exchange my purchase for another size or product?

How do I make an exchange

Step 1 - A request for exchange can be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Contact support@legendaryusa.com and state your order #, the exchange reason and we if we approve your request you will be provided you instructions to access our exchange portal for a seamless exchange experience.

Step 2 - Submit your exchange request through our portal. Wait for us to authorize the request (typically 4 hours – 48 hours). Once we receive your request and authorize it you will receive an email for further instructions. After we authorize this step, follow the email instructions to ship your exchange products back to us. Please be mindful that the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (return & reship) plus the price difference for the size, color or product change.
Step 3 - Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will notify you of approval and get working on fulfilling your exchange or store credit request. Please note that we only offer exchange or store credit. We only refund on Legendary USA brand products ONLY.

Step 4 - You will ship your new order assuming we have it in stock. If your ordered exchange product is not in stock we will let you know an estimated time of arrival. Please note, we only offer a full refund on an exchange order if the product has been completely discontinued. A manufacturing delay could happen and unfortunately you are bound to the conditions of this policy and will have to wait for fulfillment.

What happens if I don’t follow the exchange policy procedures described above?

We do not accept exchanges that are mailed back to us without going through our
exchange process. If we receive unauthorized exchanges we will notify you of your
attempted unauthorized exchange and require you to pay for shipping back to you or you
can pick-up at our retail location.

Can I return my web order at a retail location?

To return or exchange an item in-store, bypass the web instructions and bring your
item(s) with proof of purchase into any of our locations.


Where is my order?

You can track your order progress through the link delivered in your confirmation email. If you have an account with us you can login into your account in the top right corner of the screen and view your order progress.

Do you offer free shipping?

We're happy to offer free domestic shipping with order purchase value over $99.00 via
UPS Ground, but most of the time we ship priority USPS. Free domestic shipping will
vary by location but shouldn't take more than 5 business days during non-sale periods. If

International Shipping

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery. Shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times. We are unable to create international return labels so return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer.
