These Official Rules govern participation in the Legendary Jackpot Giveaway. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Legendary USA, which are final.
01 No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
02 Eligibility
Subject to the additional restrictions below, The Legendary Jackpot Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Legendary USA (“Sponsor”), its affiliated companies, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and the immediate family members of, or persons living in the same household as, such employees are not eligible to participate.
03 How To Enter
The Sweepstakes begins on July 9, 2026, and continues until terminated by Sponsor (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
To enter, visit LegendaryUSA.com and submit a valid email address through the official Legendary Jackpot signup form.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.
Entrants must:
- Subscribe to the Legendary USA email list.
- Follow @LegendaryUSA on Instagram.
- Remain subscribed to Legendary USA emails and continue following @LegendaryUSA on Instagram to remain eligible for future monthly drawings.
Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, late, lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, or technically interrupted entries due to internet failures, equipment failures, software malfunctions, human error, or acts beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
04 Winner Selection
Each month:
- Two (2) Grand Prize Winners
- Fifty (50) Runner-Up Winners
will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received before the applicable monthly drawing date.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
05 Prizes
Grand Prize
Two (2) Grand Prize Winners each month will receive:
The winner’s choice of one (1) in-stock BECK® jacket or one (1) in-stock Cockpit USA® jacket available on LegendaryUSA.com at the time the prize is claimed.
Prize selection is subject to available inventory.
Runner-Up Prize
Fifty (50) Runner-Up Winners each month will receive:
One (1) Legendary Mystery Gift with a minimum retail value of $45.00 USD.
Mystery Gifts are selected solely by Sponsor and may vary.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should any advertised prize become unavailable.
06 Winner Notification and Acceptance
Winners will be notified by email using the address provided during entry.
Sponsor may also announce winners through the official @LegendaryUSA Instagram account and other official Legendary USA communication channels.
To claim a prize, winners must respond within 72 hours of notification.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
07 Participation
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these Official Rules.
If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned because of fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if necessary, select winners from eligible entries received before such action.
08 Construction
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Official Rules shall be interpreted according to the laws governing the Sponsor’s principal place of business, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Winners are chosen at random from eligible subscribers each month. No payment or additional action beyond entry is used to influence selection.
How will I know if I win?
Winners are notified directly by email using the address provided at entry. Check your inbox, and your spam folder, near the start of each month.
If I don't win this month, do I need to enter again?
No. As long as you remain subscribed to the Legendary USA email list, you're automatically entered into each following monthly drawing.
Can I unsubscribe later?
Yes, at any time. Unsubscribing removes you from future drawings and does not affect any drawing you were already entered into.
Do I need to follow Legendary USA on Instagram?
